The Gigantic Norse Elementals
Jotun's core story revolves around collecting Runes which will enable you to to summon and fight the Jotun, gigantic Norse elementals. Only by defeating those titans can Thora hope to impress the gods and earn her way into Valhalla. Each Jotun is associated with a rune, a region, and an element or aspect of nature. There are five Jotun to be fought.
List Of Jotun[]
- Jera: the Jotun associated with the rune representing harvest, fertility and earth. Her region is Jotunheim.
- Fé: the Jotun associated with the rune representing wealth, power and gold, and the element of stone. Her region is Nidavellir (Brokkr's Forge and the Roots of Yggdrasil).
- Isa: the Jotun associated with the rune representing ice, stillness and power. His region is Niflheim (the Nine Rivers and Jormungandr's Lake).
- Hagalaz: the Jotun associated with the rune representing hail, crisis and chaos. Her region is Ginnungagap (Yggdrasil and the Northern Sky).
- Kaunan: the Jotun associated with the rune representing the torch, mortality and pain. His region is Muspelheim (Ymir's Blood and The Crater).
